When you request access to a product catalogue, we collect your email address to send you a one-time verification code and provide secure access to the requested catalogue. We also record catalogue download activity, including the catalogue requested and the date and time of access.
We use this information to provide catalogue access, manage and secure the verification process, prevent misuse, and prepare internal catalogue usage reports. We do not use your email address for marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
Catalogue access remains active for seven days in the browser you use to verify your email. Download records and associated email addresses are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
